Youthful, bright red in appearance. Varietal Cabernet Sauvignon notes of cassis, red currant and liquorice marry well with fine oak aromas to provide a complex nose. The densely structured palate offers compact, chalky tannins and classic Cabernet Sauvignon fruit flavours. Ripe fruit combined with judicious use of barrel maturation provides complexity and length to this fine example of Stellenbosch Cabernet Sauvignon.
