La Motte Chardonnay 2001

**** John Platter 2004
Beautiful flavours of citrus, with a rich and creamy after-taste. The style is full, with an exceptionally long finish. Essentially a fine-food wine.

Excellent with caviar, snails, carpaccio, pâté, crayfish, (Cape rock lobster), prawns, langoustine, mussels, perlemoen (abalone) and creamy cheese.
