The Merlot was harvested on the 4th of February at 23.8º Balling, and the Cabernet Sauvignon between the 18th and 24th of February at 25º Balling.

in the cellar : 100% Matured in small French barriques for 18 months, equal quantities new, second and third fill. Blended with a small portion of Merlot and fined with egg-white at 15 months.
