L Avenir Cabernet Sauvignon 1994

Deep ruby colour. Intense bouquet of violets, blackcurrants, herbs and cedarwood. Full of fruit and spiciness combined with vanilla oaky flavours, complemented with firm, but round tannins. A wine that lingers on the palate with great gaeing potential.

in the cellar : Matured for 18 months in small Nevers oak barriques from 5 different coopers (50% new, 50% 2nd-fill). Received an egg white fining 6 months prior to bottling.
