Bouchard Finlayson Blanc de Mer 2003

As in keeping with the joys of other great whites from vintage 2003 this blend presents a creamy mouth feel of rich honeyed, mineral and rose petal flavours. Well balanced concentrated juicy, peachy fruit flavours; almost dry but deceptive, capturing its abundant mouth feel in unexpected style!

Once again a favourite with seafood, oysters, crayfish or sea bream. Perhaps the temptation of foie gras is also worth trying with this vintage.

A further notable achievement is having 70% of the mix from domain grapes.
