Simonsig Redhill Pinotage 1997

The old bush vines grow on deep red soils where it produces small yields resulting in a rich concentrated wine. New oak maturation is followed by further barrel selection to create a wine that will bring great pleasure to the connoisseur. The dark red colour indicates rich concentration of ripe plummy and mulberry fruitiness against spicy vanilla oak background.
