in the cellar : This wine was made in a new world style with ripe fruit flavours and subtle tannins for early enjoyment. Grapes were picked at full ripeness and fermented in stainless steel tanks with pump-overs 4 x daily. After pressing Malolactic fermentation was completed in tank. Maturation was done in 3rd and 4th fill barrels to enhance fruit flavours.
