Aromas of blackcurrant and mulberries combines with eucalyptus and oak spice, well managed oak ads richness and texture and allow the berry fruit to follow trough onto the palate to leave a lingering sensation.

in the cellar : This wine was made in a new world style with ripe fruit flavours and subtle tannins for early enjoyment. Grapes were picked at full ripeness and fermented in stainless steel tanks with pump-overs 4 x daily. After pressing Malolactic fermentation was completed in tank. Maturation was done in 3rd and 4th fill barrels to enhance fruit flavours.
