in the vineyard : Trellis & Pruning system: Extended Perold, two spur pruning system

in the cellar : Aerated pump overs 3 x daily until 10Âº Balling; closed pump overs twice daily until 2Âº Balling. Skins are pressed and malolactic fermentation completed in barrels.
Barrel details: 14 months in 2nd, 3rd and 4th fill French oak barrels. Racked twice, fined with egg albumine, filtered and bottled.
