in the cellar : A blend of 90% Cabernet Sauvignon and 10% Merlot.
Fermented in upright fermenters and rototanks with the aid of selected yeast strains. Temperature at 28-30ºC. Pump-overs effected thrice daily. Maturatured for 10 months in 225l French Oak casks.
