Chardonnay shows a variety of ripe tropical fruit mixed with citrus fruit on the nose. The peaches and lime follows through on the palate. Exceptionally popular wine.
Serving suggestion: Ideal with smoked salmon, perlemoen, lobster, roast duck, pork and rabbit.

Soil Type: Mostly Hutton but also Cartref mostly from the higher part of the slopes, as well as some of the low lying areas.

about the harvest: Grapes were picked a little later than last year due to the cooler climate and some wonderful quality grapes. Picked at 23Âº Balling.
