Rich warm plumy red with bright crimson rim, youthful with fruit aromas, fruitcake, some blackcurrant red cherries, complemented by a touch of chocolate, well structured wine with ripe tannins to match, woven deep into the texture of the wine. Harmonious blend of Cabernet Sauvignon 65% and Merlot 35%.
Rump steak, or kudu in fillet in red wine, or sirloin steak with tangy mustard sauce.
