Nederburg Baronne 2001

Nederburg Baronne is a modern wine that brings together the outstanding features of two noble varieties: Cabernet Sauvignon and Shiraz. Up-front fruit flavours with strong berry Cabernet characteristics are backed by the spicy, cinnamon and elegant leathery Shiraz. Well-rounded on the palate with firm wood imparted tannins and soft vanilla, the wine is well balanced with a long and pleasant finish and a youthful garnet colour. Enjoy with heart-warming roast lamb, coq au vin, red meat steak, venison, mature cheese, pizza and pasta dishes.
