in the cellar : In the cellar the juice fermented on the skins for 5 days where after it was pressed and fermentation was completed. The wine went through malolactic fermentation and was blended with 10% barrel matured Cape Red from 2003. All these practices ensure a good quality wine that is easy drinking at a young age. The Cape Red is a blend of mainly Cabernet Sauvignon, Merlot, Pinotage and Shiraz.
