A full-bodied wine with a deep ruby colour and aromas of plum, cherries and blackcurrant. Smooth and seductive with dark chocolate, roasted coffee bean and mocha flavours, which linger into a pleasing, soft finish.

Recommended with slow roasted leg of lamb, rare fillet of beef or matured cheese.
