Veritas 2003 - Silver
Medium bodied Merlot, loads of colour, fleshy and velvety, slight almonds and vanilla essence, with mulberry fruit, good integration of fruit, with a slight hint of mocha and cinnamon on the nose. This wine has not been stabilized or filtered.
Lamb potjie with potatoes and vegetables, leg of venison studded with bacon. Loin of Kasseler ribs roasted whole and served with sweet mustard sauce.
